Whenever company property is damaged, please notify Ovidiu immediately.
If the driver has an at-fault accident that results in damage to the car, for the first time since joining our team, the driver will cover half of the costs of the insurance deductible (the deductible is $500), or half of the costs of the repair, whichever is lower.
If the driver has had previous at-fault accidents, that resulted in damage to the car, they will be responsible to pay for the entire insurance deductible ($500), or the cost of the repair, whichever is lower.
If the driver is involved in an accident that results in damage to the car but is not at fault, then the driver will not be responsible for any expenses associated with the car repair.
If anyone on our team is responsible for losing or damaging company equipment, they will be responsible for 50% of the costs associated with repairing or replacing the equipment, if it is the first time that has happened.
For all subsequent incidents, the person responsible will cover 100% of the costs associated with repairing or replacing the equipment.
