Accessing some of our clients’ apartments requires that we have their keys. We keep track of where the keys are in our PPC app.

Key Locations

All the keys that we need can be in one of these places:

• In our UPS mailbox (#282)
• In a lockbox close to the client’s location (details in the PPC app)
• With the dog’s primary walker
• In one of our hiking cars

If you pick up or drop off a key from one of these locations, please make sure to mark the change in the PPC app as well. Failure to do so can cost us a lot of time and anguish.

Color Coding

Our keys will soon be color-coded by tag.

• Black keys: are backups and should always be returned to UPS.
• Metal tag keys: belong in a lockbox
• Orange keys: belong in the Grey Honda
• Blue keys: belong in the Ford
• Green keys: belong in the RAM.
