Whenever one of our drivers receives a traffic ticket, they should immediately notify Ovidiu.

Parking Tickets

Everyone on our team can receive up to 4 parking tickets per year, without incurring any costs. The expenses for those 4 tickets will be covered by the company.

For every subsequent parking ticket received, the hiker will cover 50% of the costs to pay the fine.

The counting is reset on January 1st of each year. If a hiker has fewer than 4 tickets on any one year, the remaining number of tickets to be forgiven will be transferred over to the next year.

Other traffic tickets

All other traffic tickets, that were issued because the driver broke traffic laws, will be paid in full by the driver, by having said amount deducted from their paycheck if necessary.
